EndeavourOS is an Arch Linux-based distribution which features graphical install options and pre-configured desktop environments. The project's latest release, version 2020.04.11, introduces a number of custom utilities to improve package management and error reporting. "New in-house developed apps: Manuel has created some new apps and tools to make the EndeavourOS experience a bit smoother. Pahis - A tool that shows the package history in the terminal. Eos-log-tool - A GUI app to create a log file needed when reporting a bug on the forum or the bug report area. Eos-rankmirrors - Ranks (only) Endeavour mirrors. Arch mirrors can be ranked e.g. the reflector-simple app. After ranking (Arch and Endeavour mirrors), the user should have the best mirrors at their disposal. The existing EndeavourOS apps have received some bugfixes and they all transitioned to ZSTD."

The project's latest release, Tails 4.5, fixes a security vulnerability in the Firefox web browser and provides support for Secure Boot. "New features: Tails now starts on computers with Secure Boot enabled. If your Mac displays the following error: 'Security settings do not allow this Mac to use an external startup disk.' Then you have to change the settings of the Startup Security Utility of your Mac to authorize starting from Tails. Changes and updates: Update Tor Browser to 9.0.9. This update fixes several vulnerabilities in Firefox, including some critical ones. Mozilla is aware of targeted attacks in the wild abusing this vulnerability."
